Why is my order taking so long?

This is the most common question I get asked. The reason why it can take a long time is that each lamp is made to order. Meaning after it's ordered, it's made. This also doesn't account for the people who order before you.

Every product is carefully handmade to order, and we take great pride in ensuring you receive the highest possible quality in every piece we create.

Because each item is individually crafted and not mass-produced, your order will go through a thoughtful production process. Once you place your order, there will be an estimated 1-month preparation period before production begins. During this time, we are currently raising funds, sourcing premium materials, and refining each design to ensure your piece is made to the highest standard possible.

After production begins, the handmaking process takes approximately 2 weeks, as every detail is carefully built, layered, and finished by hand.

Once production is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

We appreciate your patience and understanding—this extended timeline is what allows us to maintain true handmade quality rather than mass production. Every piece is made with care, attention to detail, and the goal of delivering something truly unique and long-lasting.

Shipping / Production Info

Each pair of lamp is handmade, not mass-produced. Because of this, they’re created in small batches after your order is placed to ensure every pair meets our quality standards. This being said, we are currently in a pre-order phase, so production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual—but this allows us to maintain the quality and care that goes into every lamp.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days depending on your location.

Will the resin yellow or crack over time?

We use high-grade UV-resistant epoxy resin rated for long-term clarity, so your lamp will stay crystal clear for years under normal indoor use. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high heat sources (like radiators or hot car dashboards) to preserve the finish.

How do the lamps turn on and are they safe to leave on?

Each lamp has a built-in LED light with an easy on/off switch on the base. They run cool to the touch, use very little power, and are completely safe to leave on overnight as a nightlight or ambient accent light. Just plug it in, flip the switch, and enjoy the glow.

Do you offer custom orders?

Not at this time. All of our products are available as listed on the store. We may offer custom options in the future, so keep an eye on our page for updates.
